Do you support F&O?

• We currently support Equity Cash (delivery, Intraday & intraday) for the Indian & US markets. F&O and other financial instruments with support to global exchanges would be available soon on VantageTrade.

Why Am I not receiving SMS alerts?

• As per TRAI's new regulation starting 27th September 2011, you will not receive SMS if you are registered with NDNC. To continue receiving SMS you must send STOP to 1909. We are working with our service providers to get the services enabled at the earliest.
  SMS is sent only to subscribers in India.

What is Compass?

• Compass, serves you by providing trends of any stock, ever listed on NSE and BSE. You can also receive alerts on the stocks of your choice to take quick action via our SMS and E-mail alerts with signals on the stocks.

How do I view your recommendations?

• 1.You can search for the stock of your choice to view the trend and current signal on the along with supportive analysis, targets, time frame, fresh entry points and also stop loss levels.
• 2.You can also add stocks of your choice to “WatchList” to track the stocks via every day e-mail alerts and also sms alerts when there is a change in signal on the stocks In your WatchList.

What is Charts & Suggestions section all about?

• Charts and Suggestions section gives you the complete picture of stock you search in for. It has last one year's signals with analysis, targets, time frame, Stop loss levels and days action. The top 5 searches on VantageTrade are also seen just beside to the search bar. You can add the stocks of your choice to Watch List from this section by cliking on "Add to Watch List" link.

How do I add stocks to Watch List?

• Search for the stock of your choice under chart and suggestions section and click on the link on the chart or at the bottom of the analysis section to 'Add Stock to Watch List'.

• Click on "Remove Icon" at the begining of the stock name in the Watch List to remove the stocks from your Watch List.
• If you have mistakenly deleted the stock from Watch List, you can add it back to Watch List. Check "How do I add stocks to Watch List".

What are Index Picks?

• Index picks are the Strategy Based Picks. In this you get a platter with 10 Buy/Hold call. You will not get a new Buy call unless one of these 10 gets into the Sqaure off Zone. This enables you to define your portfolio and budgets correctly and keep a smarter tab on your investments.

What are segments, how do I choose which one to go for?

• Index picks are stock grouping for your convenience and budget. It is advisable to select one segment of your choice and stay invested in it.

Can I Buy stocks which are under Open section?

• It is normally not advisable to invest in stocks which hasn't got a Buy call on the same day. The best way to align to one of the picks basket is to invest in new Buy calls as it appears till you have 10 calls in your portfolio. This strategy will provide you an opportunity to make the most out of your investment.

Should I see the stock before a Sell call is issued?

• Whenever a Buy call is issued there are Targets which are defined. It is always advisable to book profits at the target levels. Selling a stock and booking profit is a good practice. With this platform you will always get a new stock to invest with a potential up movement so you can always sell to book profits.

What is Alert Settings in Index Picks section?

• Choose the index of your choice to receive SMS and E-mail alerts to take immediate action on the stock. This allows you to keep you hand on the pulse of your investment.

When do you suggest checking for new signals?

• We will provide Buy signals by approximately 2.30 pm everyday. This will help you in entering the stock at the right price. This means that you save yourself from the price change due to the opening price gap of the next trading day and can buy almost at the same level as the recommended Fresh Entry. You will also receive e-mail on your registered email id with the alerts.

If I invest as per your recommendation, is profit a guarantee?

• As you are aware of the risks involved with the stock markets, guaranteeing a profit is very difficult. • Intraday trading is a concept where in the stock's daily trend can be monetized during the day. The concept comprises of minimum number of trades in a day on stocks that have good volumes.

What is Watch List?

• Intraday Watch List is an auto refreshing section updating with the latest status of call. User need to check for the online/offline status of the section. If the Watch List goes offline, user needs to click on Offline button or refresh the page to re-connect to the Intraday server. This happens due to the disturbance in connectivity of Internet.
  One can add up to 30 stocks of your choice to the Watch List.

• As of now, there are no alerts sent on Intraday Equities.

How to add stocks to Watch List?

• Search for the stock in the search bar present in the Watch List section or you can click on "Add" link in Long and Short calls section of Intraday Calls.

How do I delete stock from Watch List?

• To delete stocks from Intraday Watch List, click on the "Remove" link in the last column of Intraday Watch List or Intraday Calls section.

What is the meaning of Current Status?

• Current status displays whether it is good to enter a stock which had a Long/Short call in the past at a given point of time. If the current status also displays Long/Short call it is still advisable to enter that stock.

What are Intraday Calls?

• Intraday calls are a list of calls generated today for Go Long/Go Short positions. You may choose the stocks based on Indices and add stocks to Watch List from here.

Why there are no Intraday Calls today?

• In a consistent bull/bear phases there may not be fresh signals on the stocks. In such cases, there are no calls generated for the day.

Do you provide targets and stop loss levels for Intraday calls?

• Yes, all the Intraday Calls are associated with Targets and Stop Loss Levels.
