Terms and Conditions for Server Uptime

We would provide scheduled notifications for upcoming upgrades and maintenance on our portal www.vantagetrade.com. The portal shall remain inaccessible for the time mentioned in the maintenance notification. However we would not be liable in case there is an unforeseen downtime due to network outages, problem at the hosting facility or any other reason beyond our control which may result in non availability of our services for any duration.

Terms and Conditions for Data Availability

www.vantagetrade.com is dependant of third party sources for Raw data from various exchanges. VantageTrade should be indemnified from any kind of problems arising due to raw data loss, raw data mismatch, raw data insufficiency, raw data inavailability or any other problems arising due to wrong data which is not in control of VantageTrade.

Terms and Conditions for SMS

VantageTrade shall not be held liable for non-receipt or delay in receiving SMS due to any reason which are beyond the control of the company.

This is an 'add on' service and the content being sent are solely for individual use. Redistributing the content is strictly prohibited. If any user and or his/her associate/s are found distributing the content he/she shall be liable for prosecution as per the law prevailing in his/her country of origin.

This service can be totally or partially withdrawn without any prior notice to the customer. VantageTrade shall reserve the right to all actions pertaining to this service. VantageTrade shall make all attempts to send valid SMS; however in case any SMS received is not in a valid format or is in comprehendible due to technical flaws, VantageTrade shall not be responsible.

The facility to receive SMS or mode of payment may change anytime without any notice. The SMS is currently being sent for free during our beta testing phase but may get charged in the future. VantageTrade will not be responsible for any other SMS sent to the user which do not originate from our system.

Refund Policy (Updated as of 3rd June 2009)

VantageTrade is an online stock analysis service with different subscription models. Refund is provided only under the following circumstances:

1. Account not getting activated due to technical reasons.
2. Technical errors that may result in the paid account being permanently disabled.

VantageTrade takes due care in selecting its 3rd party service providers like Data service and Hosting service. VantageTrade should be indemnified of any discrepancy in service due to a 3rd Party activity. Refunds under such or any other circumstances would not be entertained.
